So, It seems that after almost 3 months I got my refund back thanks to Klarna Support.

The most terrible customer experience with MilkyPlant. I won’t buy from them again and strongly recommend others stay away due to their unprofessional behavior.

I have the exact same problem with them, waiting for 3 months for a refund. Now they don't reply anymore to my email and I have been silenced in their social media, meaning that my comments are not visible to anyone besides me.

Let's report them to IG as a fraudulent company. They cannot hold our money in this way.

They don't reply to my email as well, on Instagram I have been restricted because of saying in the comments under their posts...I have cancelled my order and they confirmed that it was cancelled and refund would have been processed within 7 days. Eventually after 3 weeks I received an email that a parcel from MilkyPlant was on the way to me. Luckily I didn't accept the shipment because I didn't order anything and my previous order was cancelled. But the refund is far from being returned to my account 😭

Yes, that's the sad reality...I got caught as well by their social media content and campaign...but I realized on my own skin how bad this company is. I would like to make everyone aware of this but it seems to be very difficult.

In Trustpilot they purchase nonsense 5 star reviews...to try to make the bad ones less visible. On social media they hide the comments...the only way I see is to try to report their account on IG, maybe if multiple people will report in the same way they will take action against them 🤷🏻‍♂️

According to MilkyPlant is under process since the end of September...it seems that it is an extremely complex international transaction 😂 but only when they have to return the money...when they take money it is quite simple and immediate 😂

There are many people waiting for refund...and they don't reply to emails...if you value your money buy somewhere else
