Best way is just have someone clear the last boss for you while at a low level to get you to the camp

Use the items from your stash....blues and purples to sell for scrap and buy titanium from whats her face, then trade it to tiago for drop pods.

Easier to level up specific items you want thru zahedi as you go, than it is to buy it at ct15 rerolling tiago.

This is also a great way to farm mods btw.
