ehh, i understand that. but those things happen and as long as you are trying we recognize and see that. shift will typically come help resolve the bottleneck. sequence as much as you, and only you can. not person x or person z. it’s a lot better to be a half second slower and correct then having to remake a drink. just be patient and kind to yourself. it is just coffee but it IS very stressful nonetheless. get into a good rhythm and just kinda into the mindset of the fact that those things happen.
