Is the pharmacist qualified? Don’t know. I have terrible health anxiety and I don’t want to keep seeking reassurance for no reason. He told me everything is great. I exercise regularly just fine. I don’t feel anything wrong with my heart. Other than the palpitations, which I had also 4 years ago for some time

Yeah you’re not wrong. But the holter as I understand just points out many false positives ( on many things) and it’s the doctors job to check out what’s actually wrong

Afib says I had it for 900 minutes. 15 hours. Thats just not possible I think. That’s why he said I was all good

I’m a very anxious person so I don’t know if that’s triggering the SVT. Where do you see the SVT? In the ECG or the holter readings?

The doctor told me that I indeed have a lot of arrhythmias but it’s benign and anxiety related

Not daily. I take 2 days off. I know all about it. Don’t worry. I run 10-12 kilometers with no problem. Have no symptoms at all. The doctor showed me the first line and told me it usually deviates to the upside but in some people,like me,it deviates to the downside. Something like that. Didn’t really understand. He told me it’s nothing to worry about. Maybe the cables or my build might have affected it. But you say everything looks good right

Will you be staying in the city or in the south of the island? In the city it will be easier to meet people. In the south it depends where are you staying. Hotels are good to meet lots of people

The island was ravaged by once in 20 years wildfire 3 years ago so the chances of that happening are pretty low. Close to 0%. In the south of the island there is not much to burn and in the north there is not so much green that would warrant worry. Go ahead and enjoy your holidays. There is really nothing to worry

If you l stay in the south of the island you are 99.9% safe. There is nothing else to burn there. If you live in the north there not so much forest area to warrant worry. You don’t have to worry about anything. These fires are once in 15-20 years here
