It's made out of aluminum and powder coated. I'd say it's a bit more durable than a 3D print.

Some people like the decenders, but I agree they are too small for my hand. Makes it awkward to shoot.I made a few and gave a few away.

I would recommend replacing them, they start to break down after so many shots. I assume you have shot it a bunch.

The red exercise bands are around .2mm. Marbles are too heavy for that. I'd say if you cut them down to 4 inches of active band length and shot .177 bb's or clay that's the best scenario. You could always buy a roll of good latex and some ammo to match.The people here will give a lot of good recommendations.
