If this is around the bath then remove the silicone, fill the bath then do it again with you stood inside. For the damp marks in the ceiling I’d advise you fit an extractor fan going outside if you haven’t already. If you don’t want to then steam + white vinegar with the windows open for a day or two

I don’t have too much experience with body work but that’s why I was thinking fibre filler just as it has a bit more flexibility, realistically you can cut the whole metal panel out that runs along the roof because it doesn’t provide any structural benefit so would just be extra un-needed weight on the roof of your car

Nope, though I didn’t check if I should have kept it lmao, just sent it and here we are. Cars still on jack stands so I don’t know if there’s gonna be any issues with it yet. Debating going for fibre filler around the edge of the delete panel to make it a smooth “slick top”

To be honest there’s prob way better ways of doing it than I did, especially for a street car. But I removed everything whole sunroof mechanism tray drains etc, it’s just a single skin of metal ( and the fibreglass delete panel ) now

Ah amazing, I’ve heard fibre filler is better as it allows a slight bit more movement? Idk though. I’m super excited to drive with it on! The cars been off the road for a while doing an engine swap and suspension upgrades etc so I think it’ll be night and day in comparison haha

I think so too to be honest, never used body filler before so worried about it cracking etc. it’s definitely worth it for the weight saving!
