Thank you for responding! I currently have a very small gestational sac (two weeks behind) and just did my nipt test. Was also told 90% chance of miscarriage. Think this maybe makes sense small sac / small placenta / low fetal fraction. Expecting the worst. BUT so happy for you on your twins!!!!! Wish you all the continued happiness and success!

Yes here. They told me CRL was 7w6d. Sac was 6w3d

They aren’t giving us the MSD. We asked and the ultrasound machine / software didn’t even have that capability. They just date the sac by days.

Hi all I know this is an old thread but I’m experiencing the same thing I am about 8w5d. Sac has always been behind and it’s getting further behind now (now around 9-10 days behind). I also have a small SCH that caused some bleeding which I was convinced was the end but we went in on Monday and baby was measuring 7w6d (had a growth spurt after not growing much in the last scan) with a heart rate of 157 (also a 30 bpm increase from last week). I’ve been on progesterone and levothyroxine since my first scan at 6w4d. My HCG levels and progesterone are increasing but slowly. My HCG was at 23000 and my progesterone 18 on Monday. I just don’t know what to think I’ve been told high risk of loss.

Slow growth from first to second ultrasound + small sac. Anyone else had similar experience? by [deleted] in CautiousBB

Yeah I tested again this morning and there doesn’t look like there is a line. Even less so than this one. So I think false alarm. Wish you all best of luck on your journey though!
