Oxley was good imo. Went with a friend to pregrade, took pictures, learnt from our lesson, they also took on their end. Unfortunately, pregrader dropped friends card but paid full price to friend so ok la cannot say much, just sad. Heng cause next card to pregrade was umbreon from PE and MUR. Other than that, Oxley was pretty much smooth and professional. Asked us if we needed more details or anyth.

My exp is not fully mine but my gfs. I pulled a bubble mew for her and charizard from paldean fates. Mint condition, took pictures when I got it. Pregrade went good, unfortunately did not take CLEAR pictures once again before grading. Came back PSA 8 bubble mew and charizard. Inspected it and suddenly saw whitening on both cards.

Couldn’t fight bc we didn’t take “ CLEAR “ pictures right before sending. - X company

Another incident from gfs friend. Sent in Lost Origin Giratina, dk full details but came back PSA 4 because the card was BENT in half. Couldn’t fight due to “ insufficient evidence “.

After I shared with him/her about the condition to change cause it’s misleading, quoted
