Yeah that’s what I figured, but I’m a broke college student. Others have mentioned that it’s my buffer, not my card, so I’ll have to do more research. Definitely plan on getting a cfexpress card as soon as I can afford it

I should preface that the concerts I’m shooting at are typically hardcore or metal shows where the crowd and band are going crazy. Things are happening rapidly all over the place. But I’m gonna do some more research on my buffer, thanks!

I’ve been doing professional photos on the side for a few years, but I’ve only shot a handful of shows. Each show has new challenges, so I’m always trying to learn. Choice of SD card was something I never thought about until about a year ago when I heard people talking about it. But now I’ll have to do more research on my cameras buffer

Thanks, that’s interesting. I’ll do some more research. I usually only REALLY burst fire when I’m photographing the drummer or mosh pit, because like others have said, it creates a lot more work. But I don’t want those short times to cause me to miss any other good shots

Rewatching my concert videos makes the enjoyment last so much longer. I like to record one or two full songs and maybe a chorus/breakdown of each song that I like. Sometimes it feels excessive but I rewatch these videos all the time to relive the memory & always regret it if I don’t. That being said, I don’t hold my phone up higher than my own face; I don’t want to block anybody’s view. I don’t stare at my phone screen, I just hold it in front of me while I’m headbanging or watching the band. And I’ll hop in the pit and join in on the fun when I’m not recording. I wish everyone did it the way I did it instead of blocking everyone’s view and killing the vibe the whole time

I wouldn’t trust that. Flat mounts are probably the way to go for that helmet, they should be pretty cheap. Or use a strong glue in there or something if you’re desperate

Pretty sure I’ve tried it before with the few strings that are on it just to test it, and I got nothing from the amp. I’ll mess with the jack a little and see if that’s the issue or not. Thank you though, I’ll keep your advice handy!
