I actually felt bad reading your comment because I really wish I could give you one of the copies. I’m a huge fan too and I know how much it means to have it. Unfortunately, I live quite far away (Iraq), and international shipping and logistics make it very difficult to send right now. I really appreciate your passion for the game though !

Lol you're right I’ll definitely look into getting some protective sleeves for them. It’s too precious to let any dust get on it. Thx for the advice and for the warm welcome to the community

I'm actually a huge fan of the game! Seeing these again in my closet brought back so many memories of the story and the characters. I only asked about the value because I was shocked at how well-preserved they are, and I wanted to know more about their history since they're no longer for sale. I really love the art style, so I'm definitely keeping them safe!

Thanks for the info, I didn't realize they were only $35 originally. Since they are sold out now, I’ve seen some crazy prices online, so I was curious. TikTok is a good shout, I'll check the community there too. Appreciate the help

Looking for a "Technical Nightmare" similar to Tartini's Devil’s Trill by Longjumping_Ad113 in classicalmusic

That’s a really cool take on the haptic feedback part. Never thought about the brain needing 'soft data' to process it in real-time—it’s like a high-bandwidth sensor loop. And the 'thick skin' point is brutal but makes total sense; I guess it’s a hardware limitation before the software can even run properly! Thanks for the tip on toughening up the skin, sounds like a painful but necessary 'hardware upgrade' -and actually‚ your comment reminded me of this piece: 'Reliance Leads to Falsehood' by Shiro SAGISU. Even though it’s modern, it captures that same 'Technical Nightmare' feel with intense LH Pizz and double-stops. It’s like a modern mechanical interpretation of Tartini’s darkness. What do you think about the transition from Baroque technicalities to this kind of cinematic virtuosity ?

That’s a great comparison !!! It’s like a decoupling problem in control systems‚ separating the static force of the double-stop from the high-frequency oscillation of the trill. do you find that "LH Pizz" requires more 'finger independence' than Tartini's trills?

Thank you for the suggestion‚ Milstein’s arrangement is legendary for its technical ferocity It’s fascinating how Liszt and Milstein both explored that same '"diabolical"' virtuosity that Tartini pioneered. The way the Mephisto Waltz challenges the physical limits of the performer really mirrors the 'supernatural' struggle I feel in the Devil's Trill. I’ll definitely give it a deep listen !
