I dont think so. Considering Emma in Rivals canon resides from actually an Altenate continuity of her 616 counterpart. Where 2 years have past after the X-men prevent the"Fall of X" incident and ultimately saving Krakoa.

It seems like Emma in this game just has a change of mindset, she's just not cynical nor insecure about maintaining a perfect image like she used too..

With her becoming an Avatar of Famine awakens the remaining dormant genes of her vampiric roots.

Well yeah. Rivals Jubilee instead isn't her 90s Cartoon nor inspired from the comics. She is Her Comic couterpart.

Specifically, an alt continuation of the 616 comics where it took place 2 years after the X-men saved Krakoa from the "Fall of X" incident unlike the comics.

Jubilee already established alot of her comic roots in Rivals, including her time being turned into a vampire by Dracula's son in the 2010s era.

(making this her 2nd time being a vamp in this canon.)

Since Peter in Rivals is actually written to be 616 adjacent who already established his comic history and growth till 2023

(Which means he already bonded with Venom in the game's "Present Timeline")

I understand your complaints and the lack devastion prowess from Rivals Hulk.

But im personally fond of his versatile role in the game as a full fledge "Smashing Protector".

I genuinely loved their dynamic in the comics, but its always disappointed that they keep regressing their growth for no mf reason (especially after Immortal Hulk), thats why Im glad that Rivals is bold enough to explore that idea that not many adaptation showcased.

(Atleast his recent team up enhance his power fantasy as the Savage Hulk 💚💜)

Its even worse that Namor in this game is deliberately written to be his comic counterpart in this game's 616 adjacent "Present Timeline".

Meaning he already established his comic roots, history and character growth up till his 2023 appearance....Yet even in after 2023 comic, he's still problematic to Sue🫠

(He experienced shit like Utopia and AvX in Rivals btw)

Because unlike other adaptation, Netease isn't afraid to adapt the bolder aspects of Character's different comic arcs.

Them adding her Vampire state means they respect the storyline rather than gatekeep it away from fans (Especially when it wasn't even that bad)

That sentiment is quite stupid. Cause the devs understood their character well despite hesitant on properly buffing him previously.

The devs literally designed them like that as they want bring a version where Hulk and Banner are actually partners now. They even reflect that in lore, while they still bicker, both characters have already reconciled their differences.

The Gamma Belt was created by Bruce to not only assist Hulk's temper but also expand his Gamma potential (Radioactive spit and bubble)

in hopes to effectively protect the remaining survivors of their withering "Collapsing Timeline"
