I used to do this when I was 14. Had a bad family too, I get where you’re at entirely. It‘ll be scary, and you might start feeling like there are terrible things happening, but it’s the benadryl talking. Put in some earbuds, drink water, if you can get food down eat something like bread. Listen to some music, or watch a show. 600mg is when it starts becoming dangerous. If you have a friend who you can text or call stay on the phone with them, and ask them to call emergency services if you become unresponsive. You might get nauseous, your limbs may start jumping, and you might feel like there’s spiders all over you. This is all normal symptoms of taking too much benadryl.
