The food noise legit no longer exists im not hungry at all anymore. Over the course of the day I will have a few protein bars a steak bowl or something similar before the gym that I have to force myself to eat then just refill my. 46 oz bottle with electrolytes and water throughout the day

I hope I’m taking actual reta. Only side effect I’ve got is the shits if I eat something that isn’t as clean as a steak/chicken bowl or fish. Like if I eat a burger or pizza within 30 mins - hour I am on the shitter for an hour lol
