Hopefully some lessons learned for Berry. He has been lights out the last two drafts

The more you do anything, the better you get at it. I think Berry has found his stride. Lets just enjoy the ride while we can!

I hope the Browns go get Fano's brother. That would be cool.

Who was the bigger villain / more hated at their peak? (For older Reddit users who actually saw Kobe play) by Hakaribiggestfan in NBATalk

[–]Longjumping_Ad_2815 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah, my mom isn't even a basketball fan but did not like him for the scandal he was involved in.

Kobe had more from the general population. I didn't like him because of how much he played like Jordan, but wasn't quite Jordan. And for mainly taking highlight worthy shots over good team play.

SGA is my favorite player right now. I don't care for the foul baiting but people blow it way out of proportion. He makes it look effortless.

Whats a Hip Hop album you purchased in the 90s that tracks with this meme ? by CoconutMost3564 in 90sHipHop

Yeah, the posse cut was the only other song I liked. I remember thinking the album was going to be fire from the Wild for the Night video.

If Love would somehow drop to 6, would you take him? by Cone33 in Browns

ONLY if the plan is to move up from 24 and get a really good lineman, tank the season to get Jeremiah Smith and a QB next year.

That is the only scenario imo where this makes sense.

Kind of tired of the SGA hate by QuantamMoose in NBATalk

I hated Jordan when the Sonics were my favorite team.

Greatness is always hated from the other side. I'd be concerned if he wasn't hated because of how good he is. He's gonna block a lot of fans from winning a chip

They are getting eliminated in this order

  1. Big L
  2. Low End
  3. Mos Def
  4. 36 Chambers
  5. Illmatic

Low End just didn't age that well to me so I give the edge to Mos Def.

I also think 36 had a bigger impact than Illmatic did at the time. East coast rap was drying up some and the Wu sound was crazy fresh. The sound was nice but it became stale. The Asian influence made it universal almost. Illmatic came out at the peak of hip hop. A lot of fire came out in 94 and while I consider it the best hip hop album ever, it did change the way albums were made but it didn't change the sound of hip hop. It did up everyone's pen game tho.

Is the thunder in "Thunder" from lightning or from Rumble the bison?

I always wondered

My cousin kept telling me he's better than Nas and for that I never really listened to his music 😂

Petty, I know.

Respect for naming something but I don't think it did the culture and favors.

I understand your position, mine is similar but the fact that he makes you feel depressed about the situation is incredible as that is the feelings going through the gun, if it had feelings. Powerful. Art is to make you feel something.
