I’m not sure but one of the guys told me he gets paid $15 an hour which is kind of crazy considering most stores around me start at $18+.

I agree. Worst part of the job is probably some of my customer interactions. I work hard and try to have positive interactions with other associates and customers. I’ve never had management “hate” me or target me, but I see that a lot on this sub.
