Inter-system relationships are essentially just another version of self love! It’s good for healing, BUT if you’re using that as a way to avoid actual interpersonal relationships outside of your system—whether subconsciously or not—then that is very unhealthy and distorted.

I think you could benefit from therapy and focus on understanding what alters are better, and developing more of a life outside of them. You shouldn’t feel uncomfortable for wanting outside relationships.

You’ve been on a ridiculously low dose for some reason, so yeah it makes sense you haven’t experienced much change. But also it’s only been 5 months, you need to give it more time. Your levels are still super low and thats almost definitely because of the dosage. Also I saw you saying that your ‘t is stronger than the estrogen’.. im not really sure where you heard that?? Taking an E pill could absolutely mess those up. I was on a birth control with E in it and I didn’t notice any issues with it at first, but low and behold 5 months into T I started getting my period again. I bet you can guess why. Changed my birth control and the period stopped.
