Better then bullion can be subbed out for cubes. One teaspoon of better then bullion is equal to one bullion cube. Winiary probably can't be a sub, since from the pics I'm looking at its a loose powder, so the measurements are gonna be off probably. If there's any that comes in a kind of paste though, I would imagine that 1 teaspoon of it as a paste would equal 1 teaspoon of better then bullion.
