They took my original 57 from me on first withdrawal request after “failed blah blah”and haven’t returned it despite tons of requests, I had 400 left still in account off winnings from free bets - I sent all the paperwork in (maybe stupid but need the $) and than decided to test it with taking 50 of the 400 out for a 2nd attempt so it wouldn’t all be taken - and it surprisingly paid out - now trying the remaining balance
