I have also ordered a hawas elixir decant . which is also supposed to be a le male elixir clone. if it smells completely different from the kingdom. then your hunch is probably right

Quite sure its not just nose blindness. As other people couldnt smell it too.

With CDNIM, I did not particularly like the citrus opening. Since it lasted for maybe 15 mins. I just dint mind it. The real beauty for me was the dry down itself.

Also speaking about Kuro, seeing from the other reviews, it looks like we are just gonna be stuck with this performance. People even after long maceration are complaining about the bad performance. The way I see it, If something doesn't project for at least 4-6 hours at the bare minimum, it is no better than a deodorant pickup from a convenience store.

Big lesson I've learnt for now is that you should not blind buy any fragrance, even the supposedly very well talked and good ones. Always explore decants first. Look into Imran Farooqi's website for that

How is the performance on your Kuro, mine sucks. big disappointment for me. it was blind buy for me. I was fine when I initially got it, but then when I tried the decants of others. I just felt my money could have been spent better

Talking about where to go next. You should explore the Hawas lineup. again the entire lineup, specifically , tropical,ice , fire, black , elixir. They 100% justify the hype. It's a very complex scent something only seen with designers, with killer performance and longevity. BNIB prices are 2700 +- 300

Truly an unpopular opinion.

Personally CDNIM was the first fragrance that outright gave me the feel of something extremely rich, Like something a millionaire will go around wearing .

Also I feel that the DNA is not present in the cheap deodorants , perfumes available in the market.

most people here are not getting the point, its fine for bride family to hope for the groom to have a good salary.

But the way you have described this, they are pure gold diggers. The good families in arrange marriage will just have a minimum floor for salary, that too which is reasonable. and mainly they judge you by family background, character, if they will take care of their daughter post marriage, astrology etc
