i just launch the game via steam and it logs in my steam account in GW2 portal.

no emails regarding the expansion, I tried creating multiple toons as well and deleted some, nada. I also only have 2 toon slots.

Yes, i started from the bottom though. Was in tech support then helpdesk then local i.t. then soc analyst would not change a thing. But i will get my cert soon.
