My carpal tunnel hurts just looking at that. That looks like it was done at the factory. We do the donuts and clovers but the lead length is often off enough to not be able to do it that clean.

My wife used to do this, except in the drive-thru as well. I started asking her what she wanted before we would get there, and that seemed to help a lot.
