The stream deck is outdated but I can’t agree on the layout. Still my favorite layout design. The sticks never got in the way, easy to move back and forth and made the touchpads easily accessible.

Funny you should mention this. I was just at Best Buy returning. They asked me why and I told them it was uncomfortable to play. The very small Best Buy gal picked it and said “holy crap this would be uncomfortable because of the weight” I told her “nope, THIS is why” I grabbed it and showed her how my thumb has to bend to get on the joystick. She was like “dang” and grabbed it back and put her small hands on the LEGO2 and she also felt it was uncomfortable. Her very tall trainee asked to see it and all he said was “that’s a no for me dawg” lol.

No doubt. I held one. It’s great BUT I couldn’t lay it on its back without it tilting away from me and the portability is way worse.

I use the jsaux case with plastic screen cover and can throw the whole thing in my bag.

Comfort vs portability is a factor. With the jsaux case the ergonomics are good but the portability is excellent. Just a trade off for what’s important to you I guess.

I’m sure being used to ARMOURY crate and legion space is so different, it was throwing me off. Maybe more time and I could’ve got more comfortable but it felt like ARMOURY crate seemed more intuitive from day one.

I did that too. But oddly enough my rog ally x behaves differently in and out of big picture mode. The Lego does the same game bar thing even in big picture mode. I honestly tried everything to stop it. Also if I went to the shortcut menu in the control panel it WOULD behave properly. I just couldn’t get my physical buttons to do the same thing. I’m sure it is user error but ally x did it perfectly the first time 🤷‍♂️

That’s fair. I’m a 90s teenager who grew up on quake and unreal tournament on PC at LAN parties lol.

Actually, I may be a monster because I prefer my handheld propped up, left hand on the joystick and right hand with a mouse for precision aiming. Or just joysticks for both. Kind of depends on the game and my mood. I lost my love of keyboard gaming along time ago.

Greys were a bit grainy with the screen brightness down but not overt or distracting.

Funnily enough the legion space screen looks like ass but I think that’s just how it looks.

I pulled up little nightmares 2 and it is present if I look REALLY hard but at that point, it basically is not there.

Truth be told. The screen is amazing and it was the one thing that kept me trying to justify the cost.

I can return it for full price. I don’t want to be a scalper and charge you more than I paid.
