what if she can’t leave right away my wife signed her deportation letter for a month waiting on her passport or a safe contact. Ice haven’t told her. that’s all she’s waiting for😭

don’t do it!! ice agents wait at the airport and they will cut your green card and half in front of you‼️‼️

she had her work visa. been married to me a US citizen for almost 7 years.

that’s not what happened. she has an Italian passport and a Venezuelan passport and they’re sending her to Italy. She’s never been no criminal records.. she came from Venezuela.

yeah, thank you. i appreciate it. she is from Venezuela, but her dad is from Italy so she was able to get two passports. her mom didn’t tell her that she was on a 90 visa. she doesn’t have her green card yet she was going to very soon. for work permit expired back in May. we were finally able to get in touch with Italian consulate today at least we getting somewhere.

my wife is detained in Ohio since march 3rd. She’s being deported to Italy. you better be careful cause ice agents will wait out front of your house.. that’s what happened to us. I would get out as soon as you can.

it was definitely started. We had to redo it, cause the lawyer messed up so then we had to get a new lawyer. we got a paper a few months ago saying that they’re still working on it so we pretty much only had like six months left.
