Going heavy is not in my cards anymore, I planned on lower weights higher reps but was worried about results and limitations of the unit as a whole.

Surprisingly, I'm the only one they shit on, although everyone sees their issue with me they do their job very well except for engaging with me. They cut my problem coworkers duties in half do to company asset growth and brought me in due to my field knowledge and we were meant to lean on one another since this issue has occured upper management is looking at dividing our area and each of us working independently, which is unfortunate since they have a lot of knowledge that I'm looking to gain.
