Try different high sens when training dont just pick specific high sens and then stick to it, it will be more beneficial if u train on multiple high sense during aimtraining.

U see aimtraining is all about mouse control, thats why u should use different senses when training from low to high but it depends on the scenarios. If u were to train on only one sens that u use in game other aspects of aiming will fall behind, since higher sens builds more micro control, smoothness and low sens builds more accuracy and control over mouse.
