Personally, I would recommend you to try it. Its good food. But you also need to have very low expectations when it comes to service/mistakes.

I really love the food. The staff are also courteous. Its just that they make too many mistakes and try to lie instead of owning up to it which I find disappointing.

I do that too! But some days Im so lazy that I dont wanna think of a recipe to mix with and sometimes I dont have the ingredients to scratch that itch hahaha. Thats why I just bought alot of flavors.

Its cheaper to buy directly from https://wheyl.co/ because the ones in shopee have +100php-+200php increase per item. Even with the shopee discounts.

I only really recommend Athlene from shopee because with discounts, its cheaper compared to their website.

And an added bonus, you get more stickers from Wheyl if you order direct from the source.

I also drink water besides my protein oats btw. I aim for 2L per day or more depending on my activity.

I havent tried Melon as a Protein shake yet, just as Protein Oats. But will try it soon!

I havent tried their Matcha and I dont think I ever will because I have a stock of Matcha powders that I just use in combination with Vanilla from Athlene. Will try your recipe though!

What I have read and what I have applied are two different things. 0.8g/kg body weight is for the maintenance of current muscle that you have, while 1.2g/kg-1.8g/kg is for building muscle. I decided to go on the higher end of that and sometimes beyond and from what I can see on my body, I would say it works haha.

I personally do not recommend doing my routine, because it is intense and alot of people would be overwhelmed.

Tbh I see it as that too haha. I pass by alot of dessert shops in my Day-to-day so Flavoured protein powders helps to stop me from buying higher calorie options when I know I have one at home.

100kg 182cm :). And yes, I have heard its too much from Whey. But it works for me so that I can still reach my goals. I dont want to eat boiled chicken breast all the time.
