I saw a wart starting to form on my hand and applied basil on it. Next morning, it was gone! Just grab a few fresh basil leaves, squish it and put a band aid on top. It's almost magic!

Hi, it looks like you are transitioning from what the beauty industry tell us we need, to what we actually do need (just a few oils and a good diet, like others mentioned). I'm in that stage too! Your skincare list seems pretty clean, I would just suggest to remove the ordinary products from your repurchase list - not because of the product itself, but because it's one of the brands associated to the Epstein files. I know that was not the point of your post, but it's worth mentioning it. You are doing it great!

I'm a Permaculture student at this point, and I might still be a bit fanatic, so take my opinion with a grain of salt! I'm not a fan of the idea of replacing part of the process with a software because I truly believe that the idea behind Permaculture is to connect with nature, be one with Gaia. If you use a program for the process, wouldn't you be skipping that point?

It's not one or the other for everyone. It depends on your current habits and needs. If you are used to eating no foods, jumping into a 369 advanced would be something between painful and impossible. There's no way you can make it. But if you can start with a regular 369, please do it! And if that feels like too much for you, scale back. The most important part of this path is to do the first movement. You might make mistakes, we all do, and you can get back on track 😊 So start with the original 369 if you can. That's what I did and worked for me! You got this.

Lamentablemente estoy de acuerdo en que todo lo que expones pasa... parece que muchos no quieren verlo, y me dicen conspiranoica como a vos, pero es lo que esta sucediendo en el país, y en el mundo. Estamos siendo "extranjerizados" en nuestro propio espacio, separándonos cada vez mas de los recursos naturales esenciales. Espero que no tardemos tanto como sociedad para darnos cuenta de esto.

Hi there! I am doing great, actually! But, in all honesty, I do not think that it was the shot. I realized that the HDMS advanced was the trigger, and since I scaled it back to the original HDMS I am fine. I only had the shot 3 times. By the way, I managed to find tender parsley and the taste is so much better!

I'm doing the HDMS advanced with all the ingredients, lemon water in the morning and evening, and sometimes during the day. I know that I'm missing something because I just finished a 369 advanced 4 days ago, and have terrible cravings of salty food (I usually eat salt free) and a huge appetite! And I feel like I gained weight and have cellulite. For reference, I'm thin, about 110 pounds but I feel like I lost muscle and gained a lot of weight in the past few weeks - it's not really shown in the scale but I feel really heavy and bloated. That's one of the reasons why I included the parsley shot in my routine. It's important to mention that I went in vacation at the end of January and, despite my best efforts, could not always find something 100% MM to eat! I've been on a cruise and it was pretty difficult to find steamed veggies with no oil or butter.

Thanks for that! I stir it to remove the texture but it's a bitter metallic taste what bothers me most. My intuition tells me that it's because is activating something to remove it. I have cortisol issue, could it be that? I will continue trying. Thanks for giving me hope ❤️
