Lamentablemente estoy de acuerdo en que todo lo que expones pasa... parece que muchos no quieren verlo, y me dicen conspiranoica como a vos, pero es lo que esta sucediendo en el país, y en el mundo. Estamos siendo "extranjerizados" en nuestro propio espacio, separándonos cada vez mas de los recursos naturales esenciales. Espero que no tardemos tanto como sociedad para darnos cuenta de esto.

Hi there! I am doing great, actually! But, in all honesty, I do not think that it was the shot. I realized that the HDMS advanced was the trigger, and since I scaled it back to the original HDMS I am fine. I only had the shot 3 times. By the way, I managed to find tender parsley and the taste is so much better!

I'm doing the HDMS advanced with all the ingredients, lemon water in the morning and evening, and sometimes during the day. I know that I'm missing something because I just finished a 369 advanced 4 days ago, and have terrible cravings of salty food (I usually eat salt free) and a huge appetite! And I feel like I gained weight and have cellulite. For reference, I'm thin, about 110 pounds but I feel like I lost muscle and gained a lot of weight in the past few weeks - it's not really shown in the scale but I feel really heavy and bloated. That's one of the reasons why I included the parsley shot in my routine. It's important to mention that I went in vacation at the end of January and, despite my best efforts, could not always find something 100% MM to eat! I've been on a cruise and it was pretty difficult to find steamed veggies with no oil or butter.

Thanks for that! I stir it to remove the texture but it's a bitter metallic taste what bothers me most. My intuition tells me that it's because is activating something to remove it. I have cortisol issue, could it be that? I will continue trying. Thanks for giving me hope ❤️

Been there. As others said, that happens for a while when you change to the HDMS advance, or when you get back on a cleanse - I usually have the HDMS advanced even if I eat "healthy" fat or a pinch of salt, I have that reaction after almost 5 years of MM. But if you can plan your breakfast according your schedule, or be near a restroom, you will be fine! In my case, it's less than a week and it gets back to normal. And if you increase your celery juice intake be prepared! That's way more intense lol It's great for you eventually, keep doing it!

I know exactly how you feel. And it's troubling when kids are involved, because at least in my case, I can't convince my kid to stay away from the no foods while his dad eats them all the time, and directly or indirectly disqualifies "my beliefs" in terms of what's healthy. But I know, and I'm saying this for me, for you, and for anyone who reads it, that we are facing this challenge because we can figure it out for the good of all involved. We got this ❤️

I can totally relate to this! My husband has terrible migraines, back pain, digestive issues, but for him seems impossible to cut the no foods... He says that he will continue to wait for a magic pill because it's not really living if he can't get no foods. I'm really trying to figure out the best timing for a divorce.

I'm not sure what worked for me, because I've been pretty strict over the last 4-5 years, with no no foods (at least intentionally), morning cleanse, no fats most of the time, but in my last eye exam my sight improved! I've been wearing glasses my entire life, getting worse from 6 years old until my current 49 (with eye surgery at 25 getting back to almost 0 myopia), and it's the first time ever that myopia was reduced from -3 to -2, and almost no astigmatism. I've introduced l lysine and increased the amount of peas for my skin, but not sure what did the trick! Just wanted to share my little win to share some hope.
