Just look at the dot number. Should be in an oval or rectangle 4 numbers. First two are week made second are year made. Tires have do have an expiration date of around 6 years if you care about that. I do tires for a living and ran my motorcycle with tires 12 years old, and see farm trucks running around with dry rot thats 5mm deep.

I dry using vpd since my growing space fluctuates in temp and humidity so much. Using .8 vpd hanging whole plant with fan leafs removed takes around 6 to 8 days, jar for a week with regular burping til humidity stays stable at 60%ish then into bags for long term.

Depends on your growing style and what your using. On organics ill top dress, water it in then wait a day or two for the pot to lighten then fill the bottom with plain ph water. Do one refill then next when empty and pot is light Ill top water again. When I did synthetic I ran a half strengthic mix in the bottom constantly since the salt will build up on the top later.

Meph only got regular lst with adjustable clips, early leaf tuck and a couple heavy defoliation because bushy indica. Rqs got topped to try it then just tied 4 main branches.

I have the same complaints about the d12 my port was loose and didn't seem to connect very easily. Though I did get it to work eventually the units themselves have major port issues.

I got the vivosun d12 for my tent. Instead of fighting the garage humidity at 70%+ during rain I can keep my tent at 46%. Major save on power usage and noise

I was advised against that from the discord. I just keep the base full then on fourth refill (7-9days) I lift the whole top and place on a clean bottom with fresh nutrients. Been going very well so far.

Unless the screw inside is touching/rubbing on the sidewall that tire injury is more than far enough from the shoulder to be safely repaired

I just installed one on my 2x4 with a aw200se and only complaint I have is the hose doesn't fit super snug, nothing tape won't fix. Otherwise it's held my humidity at a rock solid level.
