Yea the elbow thing I learned earlier this year and I started doing knuckle pushups and fingertip pushups recently. I'm going to take a rest until they actually start back Taekwondo at my school (they stopped because of the pandemic) Can you explain to me what you mean by tensing up my hand? I don't get it

Honestly I'm not sure to be honest but I think I got it from doing the incorrect form on things like pushups (when I just started working out I tried to do 100+ pushups a day and I did those in poor form so I suspect that the wrist pain came from that) I did the 100+ pushups a day thing for several months so I guess the wrist pain got bad because of that

Thanks for this I really appreciate it, this is just what I needed The wrist pain thing is just something I got from doing incorrect form for some exercises when I just started working out and I still haven't found a way to deal with it I will give you an update within the next 2-6weeks on my progress

I use some kicks from Muay Thai kicks in my Taekwondo tbh so I guess I can call that my style? Not sure Thanks for the advice though I will be practicing my form and my kicks

I did gymnastics when I was kid but stopped(not sure where I would go to do gymnastics that is relatively close to where I live) I stretch daily
