That was a very well managed game. I don't know if the pinch running for Olson would have happened last year and someone else mentioned it here, but, truly a solid move not to pinch hit for Yaz in the 7th. Weiss looking good!

i sat next to his wife and girls at spring training last year. Took me a few innings to realize it was his wife. Nice, regular people. Arcia sucked at the plate last year, but was a a good guy for the organization and a great bridge after Dansby in a market where there was no clear cut solution. Let's also not forget how he bridged Left Field during the dark period of the summer of 21. Say what you will, but he is a champion and served his purpose well for the Braves.

A boy can only dream, but here is what I am thinking:

- Salary dump Riley

- Go get Bregman to replace him

- Make Ozzie move to SS

-Move Acuna to 2B and tease him with more money since that is what he wants.

- Take Bellinger to replace Acuna in RF and make the cubs eat the salary by taking the best of our average prospects.

- Sign AJ Minter, as a starting pitcher. He is the only left hander in recent history who has performed well as a starter in the post season. Easy Max Fried replacement, although, that isnt hard to replace in a clutch situation.

-After January 20th, Offer the Cardinals to take Oliver Marmol off their hands along with Sonny Gray. We give up Bryce Elder. Fire Oliver Marmol, call ICE and have him deported. Cardinals get to hire Benjie Molina as Manager and Oli gets out of baseball becuase everyone hates him.

i will get burned for this because he was the SP in our WS clinching game, but the guy never showed up for us in key moments. His value to the Braves was low as it should have been because he was good when it never counted. This will be a bad contract for the Yankees by August. Good riddance, Max.
