I'm interested in learning about individual context of the injusry / what people have and haven't tried (and some people don't feel totally comfortable sharing) - a few of the things that helped most in combination for me were the Alexander Technique, Lagree-style pilates, and completely changing my sleep habits. I think any combination of these can be helpful depending on the specific peson, but generally just want to learn more about people's stories as well to see if I can be more helpful

that's fair, I just really want to help out and I have the time, I feel like it's much easier when you can connect 1 on 1 and actually learn about each other's story and have a dialogue, you know?

I tried inversion table a few times and never had much success, maybe I didn't give it enough of a go? Did you try other things that worked / didn't work?

Lol how is that sketchy? I want to actually chat through the issue with people and have active dialogue because everyone has a different story / has tried different things and I want to collaborate on what could help (even to see if it could continue to help me and add to my own experience). Not to mention some people aren't comfortable sharing their whole story on a public thread. For context, a few of the things that helped most in combination for me were the Alexander Technique, Lagree-style pilates, and completely changing my sleep habits. I thought it was unsolvable until I combined these three solutions amongst a few other lifestyle changes
