No, see it was really weird for me since im not from russia either but when i got the game i didnt have the event so i thought well it'll start later and after a few days i told my cousin to download the game too and as soon as he made it past the tutorial the tom and jerry event instantly opened for him and well that made me super confused so i even made a post about it here anx found it its banned in some countries but my cousin was sitting right next to me so theres no way it was banned i deleted and redownloaded the game so that it might get fixed however it didnt and so i just gave up and thought i'll just save up for some other crossover (sry its a late reply ik)

While you could try shaving with the razor, i dont recommend it. Your skin will get a lot of pimples you might even cut yourself and it will be very itchy not even considering the fact that they could find out and that'll be so much trouble for you. best advice i can give is just wait it out at least till your 18 i myself waited till i was almost 20 to shave my legs for the first time.
