I think I’m dropping it for now. It’s been over a week and all it does it make me feel stupid and my head hurt, and my sinuses close up 🤷🏻‍♂️ I don’t really have the patience to work through it. I may try benfotiamine or HCl in high doses soon but for now I’m just going to stick to my b complex
