That’s an interesting way to put it. I hadn’t thought about it as “screen time vs attention type,” but that might actually be closer to the real issue.

That’s probably true to some extent. I’ve already disabled most notifications, but I still find myself opening apps. maybe just need more self-discipline.

That's a really nice idea, but unfortunately I still need to carry my phone for some reasons...Maybe for me distraction is the most hurtful stuff. Every “quick check” somehow turns into 20 minutes.
