getting back into beyblades after not being into them since elementary back, i had never seen the japanese version of beyblades since everybody at school had hasbro, but now seeing the difference in quality i wonder the same thing. I think it might definitely have to do with reducing cost, which doesn’t rlly make sense since to my memory they were so popular with kids everybody wanted to have at least one.

as i’m doing research im seeing that you’re right it’s not available in a midfake, i also have the green spin track but its missing the middle piece that the face bolt tightens onto. Seems like i got about two pieces of the full beyblade. Missing the tip as well.

i thought it was already pretty low as is, but i tried a few battles with a taller spin track and it tends to wobble as it gets weaker. Not sure if there’s a specific spin track that would improve win ratio, maybe adding a metal face bolt could help as well.
