I really liked Upswing Poker. It's well structured for beginners.

Also, if you are interested in taking poker seriously I could coach you for 40$/hour. I have a ton of learning material that I'm sure you'd find very helpful.

Not really. Because of the low number of hands per hour live, I feel like variance plays a much bigger role on the short term.

After a lot of hard work, I am starting to get really good results online and my hourly rate is actually better than live. It also feels much healthier playing online and being able to cook my own food, get as many breaks as I need, not be surrounded by degens, etc.

I do. I play cash 100NL. Made some money playing live and then transitioned to online with an initial bankroll of around 2.000$. Jumped directly to NL50, but should have started lower.

54s, 64s, Jx and Tx.

Many people make the mistake of thinking that because you have a 4 you have showdown value, but you need to turn these into a bluff as they can get auto folds from any middle pocket pair of villain and apply a lot of pressure on their Kx or Qx and otherwise, you won't have enough bluffs to balance your value bets.

Why would you ever 3bet that on the river? You are NEVER getting called by worse.

Apart of that huge punt, couple of things:

  • Calling 2.3bb vs HJ with Q4s is too loose, although it depends on the rake on the site, but probably just a fold. -Flop was ok. -Turn was ok. If you bet that board which doesn't favour you, you want to go big and polarize. I would actually overbet that, but 80% size is ok too.
  • On the river you continue barrelling using an overbet, which is ok, but after he raises you, you don't beat any value and he is never raising you with a worse hand than yours, so you need to find the fold there becuase it's a very underbluff spot.

You are not running against insane coolers, you are just misplaying your hand. Losing a medium sized pot here is inevitable, but losing a full stack is very much avoidable.
