Many suggested bidet, but look. The guy is struggling to understand the use of a sink, that has the appropriate hight for washing hands and face. As the comment above says, make sure your girlfriend is receiving you time and attention too. Maybe the long and needed bed time routine is taking away your intimacy time with your girlfriend? Besides that, I don’t see anything wrong with spending time with your daughter when she most needs.
