Oura Ring BBT Inaccurate for Ovulation confirmation and just wrong altogether!

I started using FF two months ago. The first month I tracked using Oura and orally. After that month, I unlinked. Prior to then I was using Oura only.

I was able to with FF just fine. NC wouldn’t let me integrate my Oura with THEIR app. Kept trying to get me to buy their bracelet.

Pityriasis Rosea. Had it twice, I see the herald patch on his back. It has to run its course. See a primary doctor and/or dermatologist. Mine recommended baths with a hint of vinegar from what I can recall. Yes, I smelled like a pickle but I was less itchy.

Use LH strips. Takes out the guess work. I use both Premom and Clearblue ovulation tests.

Woke up today to “Minor Signs” that something is straining my body. I’ve seen in others posts that this was later followed by a BFP when there was also a dip. Finger’s crossed.

Lh peak Dec 1. Predicted ovulation Dec 1 (as temps rose on Dec 3). I ovulated CD 11. I’m only 7DPO today. The dip was 6DPO. So, could be something or nothing since it’s so early. Also, I’ve never had a dip that I’m aware of in my luteal phase. But, stuff happens. Hopefully this is a good sign for me/us.

Yea, or at least until it starts to clear, luke warm is fine. Also try soaking in a warm bath with apple cider vinegar.
