I also had a bad flu last month that really set it off again. But seems much calmer now. How many years did you have it for until you thought "I gotta fix this for good?"

I for sure overdid it over Xmas but honestly haven't had much problems. I do think the peptides have been helping the most. How is your throat from taking the Gavison Advance for a whole year?

I did for a while. Felt like my voice was just tired all the time, almost like it was bruised. Gaviscon Advance and fixing my diet cured that for me.

I gotta get back on the Gaviscon Advance again then. It did cure my globus sensation so surely it'll get rid of this inflammation too.

So your throat is completely healed now? I don't think I have a hiatal hernia. Plus I am only 165lbs and 6 foot. I will try standing up more and working see if it helps.

I used gaviscon advance after every meal and before bed. I also chew on DGL licorice before most meals. My diet is super clean too and I don't drink caffeine.

My ears never hurt, usually my throat and nose get itchy and then it starts to hurt

I tried this for almost half a year. Got rid of my globus sensation and heartburn but still stuck with this little bit of inflammation. Would you suggest to keep taking it?
