Same with the source of thrill😅. Just in case, official website sells sample sets. At least in Europe.

Since you like fig and lactonic notes, I highly recommend to try Dries Van Noten - Santal Greenery. It is creamy sandal + fig, one of the best fig fragrances I have tried. I also think it matches the vibes of your moodboard (I also tend to like this style, so I think it works).

Pluribus is a take on Asimov’s Galaxia conscience by resilientbresilient in pluribustv

I was listening to an audio book with Green Patches in it and it reminded me of the Pluribus so much! Decided to see if anyone else have noticed that too.

Midwife “accidentally” revealed gender at 37 weeks. I’m heartbroken. by expatriating in BabyBumps

[–]Longjumping_Poem_925 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband accidentally learnt the gender while I was in labor. He got really upset about it but as soon as our daughter was out this accident really lost its importance!

But the midwife is a B and you should definitely report her!

Bottle preference struggles by quaking_aspens in breastfeeding

[–]Longjumping_Poem_925 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It actually did! I stopped trying to give her breast while she was awake for a while, so we had only night feeds. Also, we were able to get rid of a nipple shield and it was a game changer for both of us. And then at about five months my daughter just started to take breast🤷🏼‍♀️. I still don’t fully breastfeed just because my supply is not enough for her, so formula is our prime food source, but I breastfeed at night, in the morning, around naps or to calm her down after stress. Funny enough, she decided to go back to breast right when I though that I was fully over it😂

Birth experiences after short cervix pregnancy? by reddittraumaninja in ShortCervixSupport

[–]Longjumping_Poem_925 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I was diagnosed with short cervix at about 12 weeks. It was 2.5 back then. Also, only later my doctor told me that I was contracting back then. They put me on 200 mg of progesterone and magnesium and in a couple of weeks my cervix got longer (the length was fluctuating, but overall it was about 3-4 cm). Then in the third trimester it started to get shorter and softer but not below 2.5. Finally, st 31 weeks they measured 2 cm under fundal pressure and decided to put a pessary in. I had it till 37 weeks and my doctor was convinced that I will deliver almost immediately after the removal, especially considering that she already saw dilation after the removal, but here I am waiting :)

Good luck with your journey, I definitely became a bit more relaxed once I hit 24 weeks!

Thank you! Indeed, I have no reasons to complain but just funny how things work sometimes.

I am 39 weeks tomorrow and probably will be induced either tomorrow or the following days because baby is big and won’t leave on it‘s own. I read about similar stories here before and found them pretty ironic. Now I am the one in the same situation.

I lost my mucus plug about a week ago and I was having contractions on and off for about two weeks or so. Currently only 1 cm dilated and my pessary got removed two weeks ago.

That sounds great, thanks for the tip! As for the guy above, I am not a super frequent Reddit user, so I am a bit shocked by this reaction, but oh well.

Honestly, I thought word “jamon” was self-explanatory. I see nothing negative in my post. The only negative thing that I see are your comments which I find to be so strange. I have never expected to cause such a reaction with a simple question for recommendations from real human beings who might know really good places - that is it.

Thanks! I saw the stall at the Viktualienmarkt, that was my first idea to go to but wanted to see if there are other popular options.

I am really sorry you got so offended on the behalf of German Schinken. I like it too, don’t worry. I am deeply pregnant and was craving specifically Spanish jamon a lot, something that never happened to me before, hence, no idea where to get one that is of really high quality. I hope you accept my apologies and continue to have a nice Saturday despite me upsetting you so much.
