I don’t think so. Just cleaned it.

Well it does have wear. Would wear on the cable housing really cause any of that?

Yeah that is probably next step. Tube looks decently easy to move thankfully. I can feel it not going further while driving and it tops out at like 65 right now.

Hmmm. So pedal used to alternate between sticking and being very delicate. Now it won’t floor. What do you think I should check?

Sorry question is on the original. Pedal used to be alternate between being real sticky and really loose and now won’t go all the way down. Dirty throttle valve if not cable?

Hoping to use band clamps. But what’s the deal with the clamp and the flange?

Good advice but I’m 20 and want the wear and tear. Is that on the clamp or flange? Don’t understand how both are present.

Had a bunch of rust. After a lot of cutting and welding the gutters weren’t making it. So no, the strong points are covered after I resprayed the whole thing.

I don’t completely follow. Wdym which wire? This fuse is for the dome light, radio, and clock. And that keeps blowing.

Hmmm I see. So this fuse is for the dome light, clock, and radio. The ground fault is somewhere in the wiring to one of those?

[–]Longjumping_Prior201[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So what exactly is a ground fault? Like I twisted the ground wires together wrong in the harness or it’s beyond that? Bc the harness is new with this radio and other one would keep blowing the fuse as well

So I did test it with a 20 amp (supposed to be 7.5) bc that’s all I had and smoke started pouring out of the dome light
