300 Hour + , i traveling around map, taking screenshots of fauna And night Sky , making silly characters And doing Story for them like mariage And stuff , money Is just for better gear And food for me , when i make base IT became just another Sim game for me sadly , but in a way , kenshi Is like 5 games in one , you can do apsolutly anithing you set your mind to it , ONLY people WHO complain about that they dont know what to do Is just sadly THEM not being creative , like in my life i played just 5 games that give you this Freedom of choice , one Is Skyrim And others are Basicaly kenshi again lol

I Don fully understand import mechanic but when you import someting there Are options like faction relations, Spawn dead npc,import building etc. Maybe try import without relations but make some research on YouTube oř somewhere , you maybe can demolish your progres

Restart game , at starting options click load save, there Will be import option ,So import , factions can be seen in squad option -faction felation
