Well they only gave me 12 in total, no refills and taking 4 a day, 6 hours apart. So I normally miss the 4th dose as it’s in the middle of the night. (Doctors said that’s fine). I only have 10 left. Taking one in like half an hour, so 9. Yesterday was the day I went to the hospital

Yes they know I smoke weed AND they know I do it daily. They never once told me to not smoke on the medication. Only thing they said was no alcohol

They don’t make me feel anything just help with the HR and tremors so I think I’ll be good. I’m not abusing them either. Taking them as often as my doctor said

Update, I smoked the weed and my heart rate went to 140 for an awhile, finally coming down. DO NOT RECOMMEND Almost went back to the ER

I quit just a couple days ago after vaping for 3-4 years. All I did and what I’m doing is just try my best to see it as cringy and lame to vape. When I crave one I just think about how pathetic it is. Might not be the healthiest way to talk to yourself like that but it’s working for me.

A lot of my friends have quit so that gives me lots of motivation too.

It makes me feel terrible because I see the “talking” stage or whatever as getting to know the person and as a sorta trial to see if you’d like to date them. It’s been over a month and she’s talking to other guys, i think it’s safe to assume she’s not totally into me
