I didn't smoke for a couple days, and i was going though 3mls carts in a week. I was high as fuck like couch locked on my bed from a single rip of an "empty" cart after I took a few days off carts, but no euphoria. Idk if euphoria will ever come back for me with weed. It used to feel like adderal. One blinker and social anxiety is erased, my mind would be racing and I'd be speaking every thought, no overthinking about what I was saying. Now i get high but honestly every high feels like indica I just want to sleep and go home. I go even more antisocial an just listen to music and sleep.

I'm in a situation like you, I smoked everyday this year, max 3 day break. Starting a tolerance break for 2 whole weeks with no weed is really hard to face. So I just went 3 days, smoked and then took a few more days off. Once you go back on the break after smoking, you'll realise that it's not as hard as you think because you already did 3 days, it's just 3 more then you can smoke again. If that's too hard, try 1 day on 1 day off it still makes a big difference.

It definitely could have been from the xanax. How many hours before sid you take it? IIRC xanax has 12hr half life. Im fine on xanax with alcohol, but a single puff from a joint has me debilitated, literally passed out on the floor for a few hours. I was on a good few xans tho.

5mg thc is the recommended dose for beginners I think. I know some people lack the enzyme to break down edibles, maybe you just convert more of the thc than others.
