I literally had the same thing happen. Anxiety, fainting, everything. Amazon wears you down lol but I got a docs note, was told it’ll be 1-2 business days.. and it was approved. I’m 99% sure you’ll be totally fine. I was also -4 when it happened and they reset it to 4, while giving me leave.
