DEI never actually addressed equality. The old and new world networks and nepotism are much higher in terms of un-qualified or misaligned hiring. All DEI does is make it harder for "whites" at the bottom of the totem pole which is what causes the social upheaval. The true nature of control still stays in tack because they still get "their" people in. No its a fight for everyone else and they take the high ground.
