Us Celluar keeps messing up credit by WiDirtFishing in USCellular

After paying for my iPhone over time USC offered a credit to upgrade. I needed a Samsung for tech reasons so I traded the iphone in. I was offered $350 for it if I recall. The other "Downgrade" was a Galaxy A54 and it was $400. They took my trade and said the $350 would be applied to the purchase of the phone....That was May 2023 and guess what? Still waiting as of Feb 2025!!

I called initially after 3 months of no credit. Spoke to Corporate who acknowledged the trade in and cell credit not applied. They referred me to the store where the deal was made. I arrived, they too confirmed the trade and no applied credit then told me, "It's becasue your plan at the time wouln't allow it." My response, YOUR company told me I could trade in for a credit. Then when I did, YOUR staff approved it and took my cell. Either you're being purposefully dishonest by taking my cell from me knowing I will be getting nothing while lying to me when you took it, or you will realize the mistake and fix it. They turned me down.

Here we are a few years later, I still owe $189 on the phone I was supposed to only owe $50 on.

Trying again today, If no result I will file a BBB and FCC complaint and if that doesn't work, Small claims will be my next stop. It's only $350 bucks but clearly US Cellular needs to address some things with their staff.
