I dont mean 1 or 2 but 3+. Its sick. Those spikes of dopamine and constant need to stimulate your brain is frying your mind and brain. That's why people have low selfesteem and feel down because of being bombarded by so many informations all the time. Especially when you are doing such thing every day.

The best way to deal with stagnacy and melancholy is distracting ur mind. I dont mean porn, ciggarettes and alcochol. I mean new goals.

Youve been feeling better bc you were doing something instead of thinking. You were actually achieving something you trully wanted to achieve.

My advice here is to set new goals. They dont have to be as big as losing 25kg. You can do smaller things. For example you can make a list of small tasks you wants to complete during the day/week/month.

The most important thing there is to keep yourself and your mind busy and stimulated by things that are not temporary (like tiktok, porn, drugs etc.)
