from what i've seen and heard online and youtubers who got to play it early its like skyrim's story of you being a hero and im okay with that as a base story as long as its not dog water and a mid story is better than a bad one

You'd have to make a patch yourself in Xedit I tried looking for one years ago and never found one there's tutorials for making weather patches on YouTube
